14 February 2012

My father in law passed away on the 14th of  February 2012 around 11.00 PM. Surrounded by his beloved ones; while my mother in law held his hand.
Diagnosed with cancer in July 2011 we are thankful that we had the opportunity to spend time together with him. He's in a safer place now; without illness or pain.

In Dutch and English :)..Dutch Card Lovers challenge

Hello! Are you all having a great weekend so far? I am submitting a card for a Dutch challenge;  therefor I wrote this post both in Dutch and English. I haven't decided yet to do this with all my posts but a Dutch girl has to write in Dutch when she's  participating in a Dutch challenge!

And waiting for one more closet to come in the upcoming week I really wanted to get back to cardmaking and posting again.  Photos of my room will be here on my blog in about a week.
I made this card for the challenge at CR84FN It's almost 11.00 PM here and my apologies for the blurry pictures :)
This week it's all about these colors:

And yes; there is blue involved; thank you ladies :)
I came up with this card: Papers from Eline Pellinkhof "Winter pastels" A rose and a pearl; trim from my stash ( That's what I love about sorting out your supplies; I stumbled u…
