Just a card

Good Morning!
With a busy day ahead I am just popping in to share a card.  I am at work till 1.00 PM; than heading home and have some grocery shopping to do. Cooking dinner and having friends for dinner:) Martijn will join us for dinner and  Michiel will be joining us later this evening after work. A lovely start of the weekend!
I made a card for one of my sisters. Recently she became a grandmother for the 3rd time; a healthy grandson called Robin.
And this is the card I made for her:

Papers from Cosmo Cricket, lace from my stash, sentiment stamp from Flourishes.

Hope your weekend will be wonderful! Stella X

Dutch Card Lovers #145

(scroll down for English please; this is written in Dutch and English)
A few months ago I discovered a fab Dutch  challenge blog but after playing along a few times I hardly had the time to enter their challenges...But finally; I have a bit more time and I am able to enter my submission at  Dutch Card Lovers
Gebaseerd op deze sketch / Based upon this sketch:

Daarbij vond ik ook nog wat inspiratie door een foto die ik een paar weken geleden heb gemaakt.  Het is één van de pioenrozen in onze tuin I was also inspired by a pic I made a few weeks ago of one of our peonies::

En nu mijn kaart On to my card

A banner

En natuurlijk iets met bloemen  And of course I had to add some flowers

And zo is …

Baby Blue

How are you? Still not much of a summer here :) Temperatures are not that bad but where is the sun?
Ok; change of subject!
I made a baby boy card; one of my nephews and his wife are now the proud parents of a baby boy; Robin. (They already had a daughter; she's the proud big sister).
Here are some details:
Yes I do have a plcae in my heart for gingham. And that "Baby" die is a favorite:

This little frame is cut and embossed; sorry for the blurry photo..  ( Did not get a better one...)

In the center of my card a felt heart; there is plenty of  space on both sides to write a personal message.

And this is the card:

Enjoy your evening! Stella
