City Crafter #281

Hello everyone
It's Tuesday and that means  a brand new challenge at the City Crafter.Today Marina is our host andshe picked the theme:"Geek chic".
And she asks us to use the theme of science,
technology or sci-fi. Or be inspired by the mood board)

(moodboard created by Marina herself)

My take is based upon science;
I choose a take on astronomy.

A star as a focal point, the galaxy created with a splatter stamp and the sequins are my comets and planets:)I think it will work for a bright, masculine card:

Our Guest Designer for this week is PadooriaYou can find more inspiration from her and  the other team members on ourblog.I hope you will have time to play along; the winner will be offered a spot as our Guest Designer.

Hello!
A very relaxing Sunday...Time to share a few cardsI made recently.
This card is made with papers  sent to me by Marit.
It turned out a birthday card in bright colors.I love these balloons!

I attended a workshop at Bij Oma Dee.Theme of the workshop was "Cardstock only".  but I cheated a bit with my first card :)

A small strip in fact LOL

This card is made with a speech bubble die:

And  I LOVE that sentiment stamp from Lawn fawn!

Have a great Sunday!

City Crafter #280

Hello everyone!
It's Tuesday again and that means
time for a new challenge at theCity Crafter. Today it's my turn to host
and this weeks' theme is:
"Fall has arrived"

Create a card or project and pick
an element of the inspiration photo.

Fall has just started and yes leafs are falling.
But it's also harvest time so
that's also a great idea to start with.
Or create a view with hills or borders.
 Just have fun!

My take on this theme is based upon the borders in the inspiration photo:

It turned out a Christmas card LOL!

(My apologies for the poor quality of the photos; it was clouded and dull when I took them..)

You can find more inspiration from our Guest Designer Andie Miller and the other team members on ourblog. I hope that you will join us this week; the winner will be invited to join usas a Guest Designer. Thanks for stopping by!

I used a lot of dies lately and I wanted to use my stamps again. My take on the theme turned out a one layer card. It's a christmas card whichis also easy for mass produce. All the stamps are from Papertrey Ink:

I added a bit of bling using silver tinsel and some sequins
